Business challenge: to bring a brand new product to the market in the short term, to take a leading position in the domestic market, to increase brand awareness.
Solution: in parallel with the release of the first product, a series of magnets consisting of 24 items was developed. The lead role took the main brand's character. A magnet was insert in each pack. At first some small gifts (a cup, t-shirt and 5 packs of a popcorn) were presented as a bonus for customers who collected all collection of magnets (24 magnets=at minimum 24 sells of the product). As our client saw the positive response from the target audience, now we develop different themes of collections, for example, travel, the profession and. etc. but the mechanism remains the same
Result: in a short time the product took the leading position at the market (6-12 months), while the sales volume is still constantly increasing, it is represented in the main chain supermarkets of the country.
Buyers are actively following the new series (collections) of magnets with the adventures of the main character, such activity leads to improvement of repeated purchases. Such collections are also a great topic to discuss in the social media.
